New connection

Applying for a New HESCO Connection

New HESCO connections are applied for through the online New Connection portal, covering domestic, commercial, agricultural, and industrial categories — each with its own documents and fee schedule.

Applicants need a valid CNIC, proof of ownership or tenancy, and a load requirement estimate. HESCO's sub-divisional office inspects the site before a demand notice is issued and the meter is installed.

Net Metering for Solar Consumers

Consumers with rooftop solar installations can apply for net metering under NEPRA regulations — excess power your system generates is exported to the grid and credited against future HESCO bills.

To apply, submit a written application at your local HESCO Sub-Division office with your CNIC, latest bill hesco, and meter photographs. HESCO staff will inspect your setup and issue a demand notice before installation is approved.
