1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using apnabill.pk ("ApnaBill", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What ApnaBill is
ApnaBill is an independent, free-to-use tool that helps you look up duplicate copies of utility bills (electricity, gas, water, phone) issued by Pakistani providers such as IESCO, LESCO, SNGPL, PTCL and others.
ApnaBill is not owned, operated by, or affiliated with the Government of Pakistan, any utility company (DISCO, SNGPL, SSGC, PTCL, WASA, etc.), or any regulatory body such as NEPRA or OGRA.
3. No payment processing
ApnaBill does not process bill payments. We only display bill information for your reference. Always pay your bills through your bank, mobile wallet, or the official provider channel.
4. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date bill information, but figures shown on ApnaBill are for convenience only and may not always reflect the latest data from the official provider system. Always cross-check the amount and due date on the official bill or provider portal before making a payment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ApnaBill to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or bulk-harvest data, to look up bills that don't belong to you for fraudulent purposes, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
ApnaBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, late fee, or damage arising from reliance on information displayed on this Service, including inaccurate or outdated bill data.
8. Intellectual property
The ApnaBill name, logo, and site design are the property of ApnaBill. Provider names, logos, and trademarks (e.g. IESCO, LESCO) belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ApnaBill after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
